I thoroughly enjoyed the stay, fantastic value. It's a fabulous hotel with really friendly staff.- The accommodation had a very central location close to the center.- Café Circles Cafe & Gin Bar located 1 km away was a nice surprise.Rewritten: I had a great time during my stay, and the hotel was excellent value. That was what I call perfect base for overnight stay. Everything in this hotel was good: stunning location and welcoming staff. Had breakfast in the bar, it was tasty and sensational, really enjoyed the food choices. Stayed in double room which was perfect for me.

The location of the hotel was marvellous, next to pub. It was also near to the centre of town close to the minster, city walls at the end of the street, and the train station.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room looked good after being recently refurbished. The room had lots of useful facilities including an iron and ironing board, a hair dryer, and a kettle. The location was very lively and central, right next to York centre and the minister, with plenty of food options nearby. It was easy to get to the Jorvik Viking Centre from the hotel.

The breakfast tasted really good and was absolutely superb. They served it with tea/coffee which made it even better! 🍳

The Bootham Tavern - York is a trendy boutique hotel with a clean and cozy atmosphere. The breakfast selection is absolutely superb and offers a variety of delicious options like cereals and pudding. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of York Minster and other attractions, making it an excellent choice for a stay in York.

The facilities here are excellent and easy to use, with a great location not too far from the City Centre.

Fabulous and little hotel, all we needed for an overnight stay in York. The staff were amiable.- Particularly good location to York attractions.- Great cereals and pudding at the bar served for breakfast.- The service was friendly throughout our stay.

The place is clean and excellent. The staff is outstandingly accommodating and brilliantly friendly. The location is marvelous, and the single room is stylish with a decent double bed and views of the minster and bath. The breakfast was really tasty and came with tea/coffee and warm drinks.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel was located in the center of the city. The distance to Clifford's Tower was only 1 km away.

I appreciated the place, it was clean & the staff were really accommodating. The location was particularly good, only 5 minutes walk to Grand Opera House. The hotel's breakfast was very tasty, included cereal and pudding.
